On Wednesday, April 16th at approximately 11:00am, the Palmdale Partner’s Against Crime (PAC) team conducted a probation compliance check at a residence on the 1000 block of East Avenue Q, in the City of Palmdale, resulting in one arrest.
When deputies arrived to search the home of 24 year-old Palmdale resident Kyle Griffin, they found numerous items which were consistent with manufacturing concentrated cannabis oil marijuana.
Inside the residence PAC deputies recovered approximately 15lbs of marijuana as well as several cases of Butane fuel canisters, cannabis extracting paraphernalia and two large containers containing concentrated cannabis oil.
After conducting their investigation Griffin was arrested and transported to the Palmdale Sheriff Station. Griffin was booked on charges of Process Marijuana with a bail amount of $30,000, Possession of Controlled Substance for Sales with a bail amount of $30,000 and Possession of Concentrated Cannabis with a bail amount of $10,000. Griffin was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, April 18th at the Antelope Valley Courthouse.
The ongoing investigation is being handled by the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station Narcotics Bureau.
