Deputy charges Nebo man (James Jones Jr.) with breaking into home and stealing computer and gun 
Deputy Curtis Stuteville of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged James Donald Jones Jr., 51, of Sherwood Forest Drive in Nebo, with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
On March 25, Joel Cook, of Nebo, reported that someone entered his residence and stole a shotgun and a computer, having a total value of $300.
An investigation led to Jones, who lives near the victim.
The gun and computer were recovered.
