Evansville Police are looking for 22 year old Dakota Smitha. Smitha is wanted for Sexual Misconduct With a Minor.
The warrant was issued after police investigated an incident that happened in February 2014.
Smitha is 6'00" and 160lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is believed to be in the Evansville or Henderson area.
