The Forest City Police Department has issued a parade permit to Richard Hayden of Ellenboro for a Easter Cross Walk for April 18, 2014 at 9:00 am. The walk will begin on West Main Street in front of First Baptist Church and proceed east along Main Street to the First Methodist Church. It is expected the parade will have approximately 30 participants. Motorist traveling in the area around the time of the parade should be mindful pedestrians in and around the roadways.
