Two workshops will be held to solicit public input on budget priorities for the Fiscal Year 2015 budget. Come hear about the Chula Vista General Funds budget and proposed FY 2015 funding for services and capital projects (Capital Improvement Program).

The workshops will be held on Tuesday, April 29, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Chula Vista Council Chambers, 276 Fourth Avenue, and on Wednesday, April 30, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the Otay Ranch Town Center Library – Community Room, 2015 Birch Road, Suite 409 (near the Food Pavilion).

Staff will present an overview of funding resources, a five-year financial forecast, and describe the process for developing a balanced budget that will be presented to the City Council in May. Information will be presented at 5:45 and 6:30 p.m. followed by Q&A. The same information will be provided at both presentation times. Spanish speaking staff will be available.
