#008 Robbery
Officer Stark and FTO Magana investigated a robbery that occurred at the bus stop at Mowry Ave and Fremont Blvd.  The suspect, described as a black female adult, exited a small black SUV, punched the victim and stole her purse.  An unknown male was the driver of the suspect vehicle.  The victim’s purse was later recovered near Motel 6 (north).  Loss was cash.
 
#025 Under the Influence Arrest
Officer Stark investigated a disturbance between a male and female in the area of Greenwood Dr. and arrested an adult female for being under the influence of drugs.
 
#026 Loitering Arrest
Officers were dispatched to the area of High St. and Chapel Way after an intoxicated male was seen attempting to enter various residences.  Officer Foster arrested an adult male for loitering. 
 
#037 Petty Theft and Warrant Arrest
 Loss prevention at Fry's Electronics detained a 21 year old adult male, Oakland resident, for theft. His accomplice was waiting in a car outside. Officers went out to the vehicle and found a 31 year old adult female, Richmond resident. The unlucky accomplice who had a suspended license and a $100k warrant for ID theft. Both were booked into our jail.
 
#40,41,42,43 Auto Burglaries
A string of auto burglaries at Pacific Commons near Kohls and Verizon Wireless.  A suspect, described as a black male adult wearing a ball cap and blue shirt, shattered vehicle windows, stole items and fled in a grey newer model Mercedes Benz. Officer Stone spotted the vehicle as it got onto northbound I880 but was unable to get to it. Officer's Stone and Hunt investigating.
 
#046 Possession of Meth
Officer Perry conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Driscoll and Carmen.  Officer Perry’s investigation leads to a search of the adult male.  Officer Perry finds the man to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and he is arrested.
 
#001 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Dangerous Drugs
Officer Romley conducted a pedestrian stop in the area of Fremont Blvd and Irvington Ave.  Officer Romley finds the adult male to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of dangerous drugs.  He was arrested for the same.
 
#047 Public Intoxication
Officer Meredith is detailed to Washington Hospital for an intoxicated person creating a disturbance.  Upon arriving, Officer Meredith contacted an adult male who was too intoxicated to care for himself.  The adult male is arrested for public intoxication.
 
#044 Battery
Officer M.Collins and FTO K. Kwok were detailed to check on a battery at Cloverleaf Bowl.  According to the victim, one of the subjects involved possibly retrieved a gun from the trunk of a vehicle.  The victim provided the license plate to the vehicle, which broadcast to surrounding agencies.  U.C.P.D.  later notified FPD that they located the vehicle in their city.  Officer Collins and additional units responded and located the subjects involved in the battery.  As officers were investigating, they quickly realized the suspects matched the same description as the Bank of America ATM robbery suspects.  Detectives were notified and the investigation continued well into Wednesday morning.   A press release was issued this afternoon confirming the arrest(s) for the robbery.
