Huntsville, Alabama (April 16, 2014) Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit have arrested Shaquille Lavonghnta Baker, B/M, DOB 2/29/96, of Huntsville, in connection with the death of Kelvin Howard, 35 Y/O, B/M of Huntsville. The arrest is related to the incident that occurred earlier today at 431 Edgemont Dr. in North Huntsville. He is charged with Murder and currently being held at the Madison County Metro Jail awaiting bond.
