PRESS RELEASE: Trader Joe’s Burglary 
On April 14, 2014, at approximately 2:19 AM, Manhattan Beach Police Department responded to Trader Joes (1800 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA) regarding an audible burglar alarm and upon arrival, found a window had been smashed. Additional officers were requested from neighboring agencies, a perimeter was established around the store, and a team of officers searched the location, but no suspect(s) were found.
Preliminary investigation revealed, the suspect(s) gained entry by using a hammer to smash the main entry way glass and took cash and alcohol.
