APD out on several accidents on IH40, expect traffic delays, use caution. 
APD officers are investigating several collisions on IH40. The accidents have been reported on both sides of the Interstate, and have made it necessary to block some on-ramps. Accidents working at IH40 and Soncy, Ross, Nelson, Grand, and the city limits. There may be others, also. Plan for delays if you must travel on IH-40 and be prepared to slow or stop for accidents and slick spots. These accidents may take an hour or more to clear. No serious injuries are reported at this point.
