WTPD will not be profiling a FRIDAY FUGITIVE this week, instead, we would like to inform our residents that we APPREHENDED an out of state Fugitive. See the press release below:

Washington Township Police were requested to assist with apprehending a wanted subject from Maryland who was working at Applebee’s Restaurant, 12825 Washington Township Blvd. Officers arrived at the location and apprehended the fugitive. Joseph Kinnard, 36, 18 Grant St. Unit 7 Waynesboro was transported to Franklin County Jail to await extradition to Maryland.
