Police Investigate Burglaries and Thefts at Jackson Meadow

Jackson police are investigating a series of burglaries and thefts at Jackson Meadow Independent Senior Living Community, at 25 Max Lane Drive.

After a March 5 fire at Jackson Meadow, four different residents have discovered and reported burglaries and thefts since their early April return.

The residents were temporarily moved from the facility due to construction, and valuables were left in their rooms. Cash and jewelry has been reported stolen. The residents left their doors open so contractors could do repairs.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Jackson Police Department's Burglary and Theft Unit at 731-425-8400 or Crime Stoppers at 731-424-8477 (TIPS). Submit a cyber tip at jmcrimestoppers.org and click on “web tips”.
