2 injured in crash.

Sheriff Joseph M Underwood Jr. reports that on 4-10-14 at 2126 hrs his office was called to a crash in Mason Township on US Hwy 12 and Five Points Road. 32 yr old Woodburn, IN resident, Dustin Heldenbrand, was East bound on M-205 approaching US Hwy 12 and lost control of the vehicle in the curve then ran off the roadway to the right and stuck a utility pole. Passenger of the vehicle identified as Michael Richardson 29 years old from Warsaw IN, was injured in the crash and was transported the South Bend Memorial Hospital for his injuries. The driver of the vehicle Dustin Heldenbrand was also injured in the crash and was transported to Elkhart General Hospital. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor and seat belts were used. This case remains under investigation.
