Power outage at Farmington and Plymouth Roads 
The power has gone out in the area of Farmington Road and Plymouth Roads affecting the traffic signals at that intersection as well as the intersection of Farmington and Capitol. Please use Merriman Road to the east or Stark Road to the west to avoid the area. Crews are on the way to fix the problem.
