All landline in Western Washington and at least in Tillamook County are NOT working. If you have an emergency and need to call 911, go to your local fire station for assistance. The cause is unknown but technicians are trying to determine the issue to repair. Again, go to your local fire station for emergency assistance until further notice.
The internet, and some cellphones do no appear to be affected.
