Wiley, Paul Keith DOB/12/15/78 b/m, was apprehended by the Clayton County Fugitive Unit without incident. He has been charged with Enticing Child, Child Molestation, Aggravated Child Molestation, Statutory Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, Adultery, Incest, Sexual Battery, and Aggravated Sexual Battery. Mr. Wiley was taken to Clayton County Jail.
