Palmdale's Most Wanted 
Palmdale Station detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating two suspects wanted for domestic violence, both believed to be in the Antelope Valley area.
Detectives are looking for 27 year-old Joseph Frank who is wanted for domestic violence. Joseph is described as a male white approximately 5’11” and 140lbs with brown eyes and black hair. Joseph has a $35,000 warrant for his arrest and frequents the Palmdale area.
Anyone with information on the location of this suspect is encouraged to contact Detective Baker of the Palmdale Station at 661-272-2476.
Next, station detectives are looking for Elvis Popoca. Elvis is described as a 23 year-old male hispanic approximately 5’03” and 160lbs with Black hair and brown eyes. Elvis is wanted for domestic violence and currently has a $35,000 warrant for his arrest. He is known to frequent the 36000 Block of 57th St E., in the City of Palmdale.
