HCSO Town Hall – Our County, Our Concerns, Our Future

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Sheriff Adrian Garcia and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office will host a public town hall meeting Tuesday, with a panel of area public safety leaders and elected officials.

Sheriff Garcia and his command staff stand at the ready to protect and serve the nearly 1.8 million citizens that call unincorporated Harris County home. Tuesday’s town hall event will address matters of citizen concern and report on the state of public safety in Harris County, Texas. Area residents are encouraged to share their experiences and learn about the many strategies used to successfully reduce crime in the community.

District Attorney Devon Anderson, Commissioner Jack Morman, Constable Phil Sandlin, Constable Ken Jones and Chief Bryan Clements will join Sheriff Garcia at North Shore Senior High School on Tuesday evening.

The public and the media are invited to attend and engage in a productive dialogue with the Sheriff, Harris County elected officials and the men and women of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Guests are invited to participate in the HCSO panel discussion and Q&A, and interact with the Sheriff’s High Risk Operations Unit, BEAR Armored Personnel Carrier, Aviation Unit, Marine Division, Mounted Patrol, and SkyWatch Mobile Surveillance Tower.

The HCSO Explorers, Harris County 9-1-1, and a host of community engagement groups will be represented at an information session inside the North Shore Senior High Auditorium.
