Due to strong winds and a large brush fire that is actively burning in Wharton State Forest (Burlington County), residents will experience a smokey haze and smell of smoke. Local fire officials have requested that residents please refrain from calling 9-1-1 to report the odor or to request further information on the fire. There are no updates as to when the haze and smell of smoke will abate.
