David Tush was arrested this morning at a home in Adair County. Officers with the Eastern District of Oklahoma Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force, Adair Co. Sheriff's Office, District 27 Drug Task Force, Westville Police Department, and Watts Police Department arrested the 37 year old on felony warrants stemming from an assault and battery on a 35-year-old woman last weekend. David's brother Scotty Tush, 47, was arrested on an Arkansas warrant. The two were staying at a residence in northern Adair County near highway 59. The brothers have been booked into the Adair County jail. The assault victim was released from an Arkansas hospital earlier thus week.
