Two people are under arrest on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale. Detectives from the Ramona Sheriff's Substation conducted a probation check in the 16000 block of Scrub Oaks Lanes around 7:30 this morning.
Detectives found methamphetamine, cash and evidence of drug sales at the home. Gerald Kotisha (3/12/1963) was arrested on charges of violating the conditions of his release, drug possession and sales of a controlled substance. Another man, Hal Thacker (4/8/1967) was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
