CLARIFICATION:


The occasional noises that may come from the Severstal Steel property during the construction project at its C furnace will be encapsulated within the property and are not expected to exceed permissible decibel levels outside of the Severstal Steel property.

If you have concerns during the project, expected to last from April 6 to April 10, 2014, please call the Dearborn Police Department’s non-emergency line at 313-943-2201.




Severstal Steel, located at 4001 Miller Road, Dearborn has a construction project at their C furnace. This construction project may result in loud occasional noises coming from the property between 10 pm and 8 am. The project will last from April 6th until April 10th, 2014.

Dearborn Police and Fire Departments are aware of the construction project and it has been approved through all appropriate channels. If you have concerns when the project is happening, please call the Dearborn Police Department's non-emergency line at 313-943-2201.
