On 2 Apr 14 @ 9:20am, a strong arm robbery occurred in the 4500 blk of Congress Avenue. Witnesses, videos, or any other information is needed to identify the suspect. The details are as follows:
The victim was walking on Congress Avenue when she walked past the suspect. The suspect then approached the victim from behind,grabbed her by the neck, and ripped her gold necklace off her neck. The suspect then fled eastbound on Congress Avenue.
Suspect: Male Black, 20 - 22, 5'8", 180 lbs, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a yellow shirt - no further.
