Nebo man, Kevin Bradley, charged with sending obscene material to juvenile 
Capt. Shanon Smith of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Kevin Wesley Bradley, 48, of N.C. 126 in Nebo, with two felony counts of disseminating obscene material to a person under 16 and one felony count of soliciting a child by use of an electronic device to commit an unlawful sex act.
The mother of a juvenile found inappropriate text messages on the juvenile’s phone and reported it to law enforcement.
Smith said further investigation revealed Bradley allegedly sent numerous sexually explicit texts and pictures to the juvenile.
