On February 21, 2014, officers responded to a theft of a wallet from a vehicles in the Plaza Shopping Center. The victim was alerted that a suspect was inside his vehicle. When he got to his vehicle he noticed his wallet was stolen. Later that day, the suspect used the victim's stolen credit card to purchase an Apple Ipad and Apple headphones at Target in Petaluma. Target security provided the attached photograph of the suspect who committed the fraudulent purchase. The description of the suspect in the photo matches the description of the suspect seen inside the victim's vehicle when the original theft occurred.
