On 3-26-14, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Unit executed a search warrant at 417 Morning Star Lake Road, the home of Jacob Tyler Buchanan.
During the search, officers located and recovered 5 grams of methamphetamine, 72 grams of marijuana, (1) stolen wheeler, (2) stolen guns, and (11) street/county road signs.
Arrested were:
Jacob Tyler Buchanan who lives at 417 Morning Star Lake Road, charged with (1) count each of PWIMSD METHAMPHETAMINE, PWIMSD MARIJUANA, POSSESS STOLEN FIREARM, POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and (2) counts POSSESS STOLEN GOODS/PROP. Buchanan received a $50,000.00 secured bond.
Peter Franklin Ledford who gave an address of 417 Morning Star Lake Road, charged with (1) count each of POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESS STOLEN FIREARM, PWIMSD METHAMPHETAMINE,and SIMPLE POSSESS SCH VI CS.
Ledford received a $30,000.00 secured bond.
Both remain in the Rutherford County Detention facility.
