Rite Aid restroom Peeping Tom
On Monday, February 24, 2014 at 8:45p.m. the victim entered the restroom stall at RITE AID, 3860 Sepulveda Blvd and approximately 15 seconds later, heard the restroom door open and close and then heard footsteps. When she leaned down to look under the stall, she observed the suspect get down onto all fours and try to look under the stall. The victim and suspect made eye contact before the suspect got up and ran out of restroom. The suspect then ran out of the store and entered a vehicle which is described below. The victim had noticed the suspect standing near the restroom area as she entered, she had said “hello” to him as she passed him.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Black male adult, 30s, 6’00” tall, 230 pounds, short black hair, double chin, wearing a black sweater/ jacket, gray t-shirt, black pants, and black tennis shoes.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Gray or silver, newer Honda/ Toyota, vehicle sped away through the parking lot toward Hawthorne Blvd.
