One arrested for manufacturing explosives and drugs 
ONE ARRESTED IN CASS COUNTY FOR MANUFACTURING EXPLOSIVES, MANUFACTURING HASH AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, narcotics investigators searched a residence in the 61,000 block of S. Main Street in Jones, Newberg Township. A search of the residence revealed explosive manufacturing materials, hash manufacturing materials and marijuana.
At the scene a 22 year old male was arrested on multiple charges related to the manufacturing of explosives, manufacturing of hash and possession of marijuana. The residence was secured and the Berrien County Bomb Squad was called to the scene to assist. Berrien County Bomb Squad personnel were able to seize several explosives and bomb manufacturing materials from the residence.
The suspect has been lodged at the Cass County Jail and is awaiting arraignment, after which his name and charges will be released.
