On Sunday, March 16, 2014, at approximately 8:47pm, there was a report of shots fired in area of Letts Avenue / Hanna Avenue. Two vehicles; a red compact sedan and a light colored van, were seen driving side by side N/B on Letts Avenue when shots were fired. Multiple 9mm spent casings and bullet fragments from vehicle(s) struck were located in 1000 block of Letts Avenue. No homes or parked vehicles in the area were damaged. No injuries were reported.

A Red 2002 Ford Escort with multiple bullet holes on the rear driver side door and trunk was located in 2700 block of Vandortsen Avenue. The vehicle was transported to the Corcoran Police Department and processed for evidence. The light colored van is still outstanding.
