Two Car crash in Howard Twp.

Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports that on 3/23/14 at 1839 hrs, his office was called to a personal injury crash at the intersection of Thompson Rd. and White St in Howard Twp Cass County Michigan. 20 yr old Niles resident, Taylor McCain, was west bound on White St. when a south bound vehicle driven by 16 yr old Niles resident, Brandon Black, pulled out in front of him. Both Brandon and his passenger, River Britton, were release at the scene, however Taylor was transported to the hospital for treatment. Safety belts were used and alcohol is not a factor. This case remains under investigation.
