NSPD ROBBERY UPDATE #2: The Meijer robbery suspect and vehicle have been identified. Suspect is being questioned. 
ROBBERY UPDATE #2
March 21, 2014 at approximately 6:00 pm, after numerous hours of investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect and suspect vehicle related to the robbery at Meijer, 700 W. Norton, Norton Shores on March 20, 2014 and a unarmed robbery at the Shell station, 1470 Apple, Muskegon on March 21, 2014 at 12:25 am.
At approximately 8:30 PM, investigators from the Norton Shores Police Department, Muskegon Police Department and the West Michigan Enforcement Team executed a search warrant on a residence in the 500 blk of Adams Street, Muskegon. During the search, investigators located the suspect driver. The 45 year old Muskegon man was taken into custody for questioning.
In addition, we are pleased to report the good Samaritan who located and returned the victim's purse, did contact the Police Department.
