Moses Lake, Wash. (21MAR2014) – Grant County's Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (INET), along with Washington State Patrol and Moses Lake Police Department, arrested a Moses Lake man yesterday while delivering a narcotic search warrant. The warrant was issued after a several-month long investigation and multiple undercover purchases.
Ernesto P. Garcia, 36, was arrested without incident last night at his home at 301 E. 7th Avenue in Moses Lake.
Garcia is currently lodged in the Grant County Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia after detectives discovered 57.3 grams of cocaine, digital scales, and cutting agent.
