HCSO Arrest Three for Robberies In West Harris County.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested and charged three men with robbery in at least two separate robberies in west Harris County. Deputies were called to Draft Picks Sports Bar in the 17000 block of F.M. 529 at Queenston Blvd. at around 11:45 pm last night, March 19, 2014.

As deputies arrived, they found bar patrons were holding down one of the suspects identified as Patrick Ridioux (DOB 09/10/92), after he and two other suspects punched a woman inside the bar and stole her purse.

The other two robbers, now identified as Kethus Byrd (DOB 01/11/90) and Julian Marino (DOB 02/07/89), fled in a vehicle along F.M. 529. Deputies were able to locate the car, and a traffic stop was initiated. The suspects refused to stop and fled, with deputies in pursuit.

The vehicle stopped at Fry Road and F.M. 529, with Byrd and Marino fleeing on foot.

The two then jumped a residential fence and hid in the backyard. Arriving deputies set a perimeter around the area and HCSO K9 was deployed.

Deputies searched the yard and found both suspects. While deputies were taking Byrd into custody, Marino fled again over a fence and ran along the street where he was arrested hiding under a car.

These three defendants also matched the description of suspects who robbed two victims as they walked from the Wal Mart store located at 15900 F.M. 529 and Lakeview Haven earlier that evening.

The victims were returning to their apartment when the three suspects stopped their vehicle and ran over to the male and female and began beating the male. Then they fled with the victim’s cell phones, groceries and video game station.

The victims positively identified all three as the persons who robbed and beat him.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted the following charges on the three.

Patrick Ridioux: robbery with bodily injury 2 counts

Julian Marino: robbery with bodily injury and evading detention.

Kethus Byrd : robbery with bodily injury 2 counts.

Their mug shots are attached and in order listed.
