Motorists and bicyclists should be aware that there is filming activity scheduled on Palos Verdes Drive East on Wednesday, March 19th between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The still photo shoot is scheduled to occur along the shoulder of the roadway at the top of the "switchbacks," just south of the intersections with Ganado Drive and Vista del Mar. The shoot will involve a crew of 5 people and one picture car. The City's Public Works Department has issued an encroachment permit for this activity. Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies will be providing traffic control as needed, which may result in minor delays.
