#LASD-Homicide Detectives Investigate the Shooting Death of a Man, 1700 blk. N. Graham Av., Compton

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man, which occurred Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at about 10:53 P.M., in the 1700 block of Graham Avenue, Compton. 
 
Detectives have learned that Compton Sheriff's Station deputies responded to a call of a "Gunshot Victim." Upon their arrival they discovered the victim, a 24-year-old man, in the backyard of the location suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. 
 
According to witnesses, the victim was standing in front of the location when they heard gunshots. When they went to check on the victim they saw that he had been shot. The victim was taken to the backyard until deputies and paramedics arrived on scene. 
 
According to the witnesses they did not see the suspect(s). 
 
The murder weapon and the suspect(s) are still outstanding.
