Bridges in and around the City of Hopewell have created very dangerous conditions. River Rd bridge over I295, Charles Hardaway Marks Bridge between Chesterfield County and Hopewell (Rt. 10), and 6th St bridge are all extremely icy and dangerous. If you must travel today, please use extreme caution and make sure someone knows when to expect you so we will know when to start looking if you do not make it to your destination
