Possible fraud alert. If someone calls requesting your personal information, DO NOT provide it. 
Reporting party stated he received a phone call from someone purporting to be from the Bonner County Detention Center. The caller stated he was calling regarding an inmate and requested personal information from the citizen, such as his social security number.
Please be advised the Bonner County Sheriff's Office will not contact the public in this fashion. Never provide personal information to an unknown caller over the phone.
