The Bergen County St. Patrick's Day Parade is today, March 16, 2014 beginning at 2:00 PM. The parade begins at South Washington Avenue and Englewood Avenue then proceeds north on Washington where it will end at Bradley Avenue just past the St. John the Evangelist RC Church. Road closures will begin between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM to secure the parade route for its start at 2:00 PM. Detours will be posted. Traffic officers will also be posted at locations to direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Parade route should reopen between 3:30-4:00 PM. Use caution in area, obey all posted barricades as well as parking and detour signs.
