On 03/11/2014, at approximately 1:50PM, Sonoma County Sheriff Office Property Crime Detectives went to the 10200 block of Burgundy Way in Sebastopol regarding a wanted person. The arrest warrants were for the following charges: Felony Evading Arrest, Possession of controlled substance for Sales, Transportation of a Controlled Substance, DUI, driving on a suspended license, and possession of a concealed weapon.

Property Crime Detectives got a tip that Barsky was at house in the 10200 block of Burgundy Way in Sebastopol. Detectives went to the house and saw Barsky outside.
