Albert Jeffery Johnson, of Marion, charged with possessing stolen washer and dryer 
Detective Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Albert Jeffery Johnson, 42, of Matilda Avenue in Marion, on Friday, Feb. 28 with felony possession of stolen goods.
On March 22, 2013, Carol Sue Good, of Misty Lane in Old Fort, reported that someone stole her washer and dryer out of a mini storage unit.
Manis said Johnson had possession of the washer and dryer and sold them to another man.
The washer and dryer were recovered and returned to the victim.
