Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews have completed road repairs at 197 Kailua Road. All lanes on Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and South Kainalu Drive were reopened as of 3:45 p.m. The BWS appreciates the patience and cooperation of area residents as emergency repairs were performed.
