Baxter Rd will be CLOSED from MM Hwy to NE 177th St from 8am to 3pm on March 11th for culvert replacement. 
On March 11, the Clay County Highway Department will replace a culvert on Baxter Road approximately 600’ south of MM Highway. Baxter Road between MM Highway and NE 177th Street will be closed to through traffic from approximately 8:00 am to 3:00 pm that day.
