Investigators need the public’s help identifying two vehicles whose drivers stole fuel from Woodlawn Gas House.
On Feb. 27 at 12:37 p.m., a man in a small silver four-door car pumped $43.02 worth of gas and fled the business on U.S. 221 North.
Then on Feb. 28 at 9:20 a.m., a man in a white Subaru pumped $37.28 worth of fuel and left without paying.
Anyone with information concerning the vehicles or suspects is asked to call Detective Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office at 652-2237 or McDowell County Crimestoppers at 65-CRIME (652-7463). With Crimestoppers, your identity remains anonymous, and you could receive a cash reward.
