Arson Series - Palomar College
The Sheriff's Bomb/Arson Unit wants your help in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for sparking arsons on the campus of Palomar College in San Marcos.
Between December 2, 2013 and February 21, 2014, someone deliberately set at least nine fires inside men's restrooms in the SU, P, E, F and MD buildings at Palomar College. The suspect used toilet paper, paper towels and toilet seat covers to start the fires. No one was hurt.
Committing arson to an occupied building or structure is a felony offense and is punishable by up to eight years in state prison.
