THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A
FREEZE WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO
10 AM EST TUESDAY. THE FREEZE WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...NORTH AND MUCH OF CENTRAL GEORGIA...MAINLY ALONG
AND NORTH OF A HAMILTON TO MACON TO LOUISVILLE LINE.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S.

* TIMING...FROM AROUND 10 TO 11 PM THIS EVENING ACROSS NORTH
GEORGIA AND SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT FOR CENTRAL GEORGIA...
THROUGH ABOUT 10 AM TUESDAY MORNING FOR BOTH NORTH AND CENTRAL
GEORGIA.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY DAMAGE OR KILL TENDER EARLY
SPRING VEGETATION

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO
THREATEN OUTDOOR PLANTS. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS
IN THE WARNED AREA ARE ADVISED TO HARVEST OR PROTECT TENDER
VEGETATION.

Instructions:

At this time it appears that the freezing drizzle will be patchy at best. Motorists should be prepared for the potential of isolated ice accumulations on bridges and overpasses. Drive with caution and monitor local media and/or NOAA Weather Radio for updates.
