The Green Bay Police Department is requesting motorists avoid driving on I-43 between Atkinson Dr and Manitowoc Rd due to snow covered and icy roads. There have been numerous reports of vehicle crashes in this area. The road conditions should improve by morning when highway crews are able to address the issue.
