Lieutenant charges Burnsville man with indecent exposure 
Lt. Dave Marler of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Cristobal Sanchez-Lopez, 27, of Wooly Worm Drive in Burnsville, with one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
Late Tuesday afternoon, a woman using the YMCA walking track reported that Sanchez-Lopez exposed his private parts to her.
