Zander L Stephens, 12 year old Male, 4'3", 80lbs, Brown Hair, Brown Eyes.
Last seen: 13th Av S/Chase St at 3:10pm.
He was wearing camo snow pants, long sleeve T shirt, grey/green stripped cap and only wearing socks on his feet.
