The main threat area will predominantly be focused along and east of a line from Annapolis, MD to Fredericksburg, VA including Southern Maryland. There remains at least an isolated risk for damaging winds to the west of this line. The highest impact time will likely occur between 10 am to 3 pm. Strong westerly winds behind the front will likely impact the Allegheny and Potomac Highlands into Friday afternoon. Winds will be 20 to 30 mph, with gusts between 45 to 55 mph
