If you live in the East County, the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) has recommended the placement of a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) at 2919 Millar Ranch Road in Spring Valley. This address falls within the jurisdiction of the Rancho San Diego Sheriff's Station.
Terry Stone was convicted of molesting children between the ages of 6 and 11.
A public forum regarding the proposed location will be held before it is finalized by the court. Comments will be accepted during the hearing on:

The proposed placement is the sole responsibility of the DSH. The schools closest to the proposed placement area are: Jamacha Elementary, Hillsdale Middle School, Rancho San Diego Elementary, Loma Elementary School and Cuyamaca College.
