Attempted Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested 
On February 13, 2014, Shawn Circuit, 19, of Morgan Hill was arrested for attempting to rob the US Bank located inside the Tennant Station Safeway Store.
Morgan Hill Police Officers responded to an attempted bank robbery around 5:00pm at the US Bank located inside the Safeway Grocery Store on Tennant Avenue.
Shawn Circuit passed a note to the teller demanding money. When Bank employees took too long to comply with his demand, he fled the scene.
Officers were able to identify Circuit from video surveillance.
Several hours after the attempted robbery, Circuit was located at in front of the CVS store on E. Dunne Avenue and placed under arrest. He was later booked into County Jail.
